Stop SOPA and PIPA

Everyone who owns a blog, who reads a blog, who gets information for the web, or just likes to watch crazy videos on YouTube should be aware of what our government is trying to pass with both SOPA and PIPA. If either of these bills are passed the internet as we know it would be over. Freedom of expression would be suppressed. Freedom of speech would be diminished. These bills would be detrimental to the development of new technologies or hey even the next Facebook (maybe even the current Facebook, who knows?)

The teaser trailer for Breaking Dawn Part 1 was released tonight at the MTV Movie Awards. Unfortunately I was not able to watch the actual unveiling BUT good thing we live in the technology age where everything is on the internet almost instantly!!! I am so majorly excited about watching Breaking Dawn in November! This trailer just pinpoints all the things I want to see! Most especially the HONEYMOON! Yep- that's right- I'm really hoping to see a lot of half naked Rob!! For anyone who was wondering about the awards winners tonight at the MTV movie awards check out their website here. I found this poem and wanted to share it here. Yesterday I received the news that Susie's mother had passed away. This was a moment that we had been dreading. No one is ever prepared for the passing of a loved one, no matter how long you have to prepare yourself. For myself, my heart is hurting for my best friend but I know her pain is more. I want to dedicate this post to Susie. She has been strong and courageous during the last year. She has sacrificed so much to help care for her mother and I am so thankful that she is my friend. We should all be so lucky to have someone like her in our lives. Love you doll.

Pimping my other blog

Yeah yeah, I know I'm not posting over here all that often but I'm going to take a minute of everyone's time to pimp my personal blog, If U Seek Aimee. Along with sometimes very random little comments that take up a complete blog post I have also started reviewing books as well. The genre's range from YA & Teen, to Historical Romances, and everything in between. Do me a favor and take a look- the reviews are pretty short and sweet but I hope I'm able to give everyone a peek into the book and let ya know if i've enjoyed it or hated it. If you have any recommendations for what I should read hop on over and leave a comment. Thanks for your time. Hope everyone is enjoying some no-snow weather (I know I am) and is surviving the Twilight Drought- although I recently saw there's a story at TwiCrack Addict about some pictures released of the honeymoon cottage, even though I confess I didn't read it as I'm trying to stay completely pure for Breaking Dawn.

Kristen's Vogue Spread and the Twilight Stars go POP

Kristen Stewart is gracing the cover of Vogue magazines February issue, in stores now. These are much different from other spreads of hers I've seen before. I think you can tell that the roles she has been taking on(Meet the Rileys, The Runaways) have allowed her to really blossom in front of the camera. The article is smart and if you're a fan of KStew then its a must read. Click my favorite pictures from the spread to check out the article.

I like these pics for several reasons. She looks different, not at all like herself, but in a good way. Agree? Disagree?

Honestly I don't really like this one. His scruff is off and his lips aren't right, but the artist got the eyes down!

Dakota looks pretty good. Once I again I feel like the artist missed something but got the eyes just right.

Mermaids Not Always A Good Thing: Susie's Review of Lost Voices

My rating: 2 of 5 stars

As I first started reading this novel, I fell in love with the premise of the plot. The author uses her skills to create a fascinating new myth on the creation of mermaids that I enjoyed. The main character,Luce,is strong in her convictions and her choices whether or not they go against the ancient laws. I felt close to both her and the mermaid queen at first. Sadly the plot falls short. I understand the author wants to immerse the reader in the aquatic beauty and terror that it takes to be a mermaid, but I feel it drags on. The book as a whole reads like a dying pulse. There is so much detail and (I feel) repetition between the action that with each important plot event I felt less and less moved by it. So by the time one of the mermaids die, not only was it predictable but I felt no emotion towards her death(although her burial scene was more moving). Not one tear fell. The last few chapters brought me back to the story as Luce became more rebellious and the tribe reached its breaking point, but the end result was sadly missing something that I can't put my finger on. Unfortunately this tale of tails gets 2 1/2 apples.

Twilight wins 2 Awards at the People’s Choice Awards, Kristen Stewart wins 1

Rob, Kristen, and Taylor took a break from filming Breaking Dawn in Baton Rouge to attend the People’s Choice Awards that aired Jan 5th. According to information gathered by Queen Latifah, the Host of the evening, they flew on a private jet that Rob described as “Posh”. Kristen was looking absolutely gorgeous in a sparkly gold gown that showed off her magnificent legs, that frankly made me jealous. Taylor was classic in black as usual and Rob was not showing to his best in a yellowish (yeah might have tried to be “biscuit” colored) coat.

Let’s face reality here for a moment before getting to the award talk- We all know that I do not care what anyone is wearing, especially Rob, cause I’m only imagining him WITHOUT clothes but I try to be honest about what I see. Sadly the truth was Rob was looking tired, his hair was messy but not in that really hot messy way we’re used to and he normally shows more style than he did tonight. Maybe we should fire his stylist? Well it’s a thought.

Now let’s get on to the award talk. *DRUM ROLL PLEASE* Kristen won the award for Favorite Movie Actress beating out veteran actresses such as Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Aniston, Julia Roberts, and Katherine Heigl. Unfortunately both Kristen and Rob lost out to Zac Efron for the Favorite Movie Star Under 25. Rob and Taylor lost out as well for Favorite Movie Actor but at least they lost to Johnny Depp. The Twilight Trio won the award for Favorite On Screen Team.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse won the awards for Favorite Drama
Movie as well as the big award of the night, Favorite Movie! On a side note, Paramore won the award for Favorite Rock Band. So there’s the results as they relate to Twilight and our favorite trio. Don’t forget to tune into the Golden Globe awards, airing Sunday Jan 16th at 8 PM EST, 5 PM PST on NBC where Rob will be a presenter.

Romeo, Zombies, and Romance Oh My! A Review of The Cellar by Susie

In recently reading The Cellar by A.J. Whitten, I realized that there is still a unique quality left in authors. The author took a premise that I enjoy (zombies) and turned into something I now love (zombie romance). This book is one of a kind bright star that is a must read. From the first sentence I was hooked. The characters of Heather and Meredith, so haunted by their tragedy and depression, hooked me straight away. I enjoyed how the story was broken up so that the reader could enjoy all point of views. So very few books gives you an insight to both the protagonist(s) and antagonist(s). As for the antagonist, Adrien is both terrifying and beautiful. His character development is what I enjoyed most about the book. While he was truly evil, love lingered in his heart til the bitter end.

When I came face to face with the gruesome detailing of attack scenes, it made me want to read more. The modern references will make it relate able to a teenage audience and the unique Romeo and Juliet subtext will pull them in (because you know everyone has to read that in High school at least once).

I give this twisted tale of zombie love 4 1/2 apples!

I know it's been absolutely forever since I have actually posted a real, in depth post on this blog and I'm sorry for it. I love this blog that Susie and I have created and I love our readers and other bloggy friends. I have met so many wonderful people since becoming involved in this site and those people have become great friends. But in the past year or so real life has gotten... interestingly difficult. As most of you know this summer me and Susie decided that we needed to move away from where we had been living and in doing so we had to split. That was a hard decision that we made but I feel that it was the correct one for us at that time. So Susie settled into her parents/grandmother's homes, her job, and has remained active in the blogosphere. As for myself, I've moved into my very own apartment, close to my parents, I found a new job, and I've forgone writing on the blog. I've felt so detached from the twidom, from my own life, for a while now and I have only just started feeling more myself recently. I believe my move helped bring me back to life. Ironically I feel like Bella coming out of her zombie state in New Moon- only not as epically depressed. I feel more alive and ready to start getting back into what made me happy before. Wow, this post really turned more serious than I meant it to but I want everyone to know that I'm better and going to try to keep up with the blog more. There's a lot of new information coming out about Breaking Dawn filming that has started, and honestly I'm trying to stay distanced from it like I did for Eclipse but I'm so excited to know that filming has started and that we're on our way to the final 2 installments- plus new pics of Rob are always great. Also, another year of Nanowrimo is past and I'm pleased to say I actually hit 54K this year so that's made me really excited. I'm also looking at catching up on all the books I haven't read yet so if anyone has a book they really think I need to read let me know in the comments. And thank you everyone for sticking with us and being our friends.

Crescendo Better Than Hush Hush? Susie Thinks SoSpoiler Free

Yeah I know this is turning into a book review kind of site but since nothing is really going on in the Twilight world we have to occupy ourselves and our readers with something else that entertains us and I can assure you that Aimee and I LOVE LOVE LOVE to read...believe me. Hopefully I can convince miss Aimee to do a quick Goodreads review post soon too. BTW this review is spoiler free because I know a couple of our followers are just starting on Hush Hush.

Hands down and I don't care if you agree with me or not...better than Hush Hush. Okay I know a few of you are fuming from that statement but let me give you some reasons why for me it was better than the first one.

We are already comfortable with the characters and I love to see character development. Boy howdy did this book have that! Not only are we introduced to one new character but the expansion of both Marcie and Rixon is amazingly written and the down spiraling issues between Patch and Nora is heartbreaking. Not to mention the development of Nora's new nickname I gave her...Crazy Bitch.

The plot thickens. If you thought the darkness unfolded in Hush Hush then you ain't seen nothing yet. Crescendo is full of intriguing plot twists heavy on the mystery with a dash of passion and flakes of comedy here and there (via Vee BFF)

So if you haven't read it yet then get your butt in gear because you are banking on one Hell of a read with an ending gasp worthy of a third installment.

Why I Gave Torment 4 Stars Instead of 5 Spoilers Inside

So you're probably wondering is if you loved Fallen so much what was wrong with Torment that it went down a notch? I'm gonna just do a list to make things easier for you lol.

What I loved about it:

The new characters! They were all so wonderful. The new dorm buddy, the love interest, the groupies lol, and my favorite would be Frankie and Steve. I love their outlook and grim reality on their love. The fact that Frankie loves him but knows when the time comes she'll have to kill him *sigh*.

The new setting! I loved the secret hideaway of the Nephilim. It just seems right but obviously not as safe as everyone thinks it is.

The Truce was a good idea or Luce would have been done for. Sometimes Angels and "Demons" just got to play nice.

Shadow Glimpsing/Hopping was neat and a nifty way to travel to Vegas lol

Ok folks what I didn't like about it:

Kinda didn't like the love triangle. I know its necessary because their needs to be some drama for the series to move along but isn't there enough drama without bringing a love triangle into it, just saying. And kissing him?! Stupid Stupid girl!

No secrets revealed or not many. Ok maybe its just me but I'm even more confused after reading this book then reading Fallen. I thought for sure something would be revealed about Daniel and Luce's past and yes while there were a few tidbits they were few and far between of what I really wanted. And what is it I want? I truly want to know why is it that they are cursed. Why do those blind albino people want her so much? What is the big secret cause that is what is holding my hand and leading me through this series.

The ending only pissed me off because its awesome and leads to the next book perfectly. Damn you!

Breaking Dawn Covens Cast!

Summit Entertainment announced today the following have been cast in THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN for roles in The Amazon Coven, The Egyptian Coven, The Irish Coven and The Romanian Coven as well as the American and European Nomads

I am so excited! For me the first part of Breaking Dawn is all about romance and family. The second part is all about the action and danger! It's like Stephenie lulls you into this gooey puddle then slaps you in the face with Alice's vision and the arrival of the covens.

The Amazon Coven

Tracey Heggins and Judi Shekoni

Beautiful ebony women to play the part of the Amazon coven. Lets just hope their tall lol. Also I didn't think Zafrina would be so beautiful but hopefully the actress can pull off that gorgeous yet terrifying demeanor. *Aimee: I concur.

The Egyptian Coven

Omar Metwally and Andrea Gabriel

Angela Sarafyan and Rami Malek

Amun and Benjamin look absolutely perfect. Benjamin is among my favorite of the covens. It looks like the actors all have a little bit of Egyptian in them plus look at their names. I'm thinking the casting directors are sticking with specific heritages just like they did with the wolf pack and this makes me very happy. *Aimee: Benjamin is HOT! Seriously... the end.

The Irish Coven

Lisa Howard, Marlane Barnes, and Patrick Brennan

They all look like good faces for the friendliest coven of the bunch! *Aimee: I'm so looking forward to seeing this coven! But again here I pictured them a little older- maybe not Siobhan but Maggie and Liam I pictured to be a little bit older but I guess they can portray that through makeup and acting.

The Romanian Coven

Noel Fisher and Guri Weinberg

They both look a little too young to me to play the Romanians. I always pictured them much older looking in appearance. Kind of like the actor that plays Marcus of the Volturi. Does anyone agree with me there? Although the guy that's been cast as Stefan already looks menacing before having a vamp makeover lol *Aimee: I totally agree that they look too young. I thought they would at least look to be the same age as Marcus or Aro (obviously before they were turned). Noel Fisher- didn't he play a bully in Max Keebler's Big Move? (yes... I do like that movie.) Anyways, I'm looking forward to what these 2 do- I personally love the Romanians.

Surprisingly they have brought Peter and Charlotte into the cast even though David Slade did not mention them in the slightest bit in Eclipse. Either they will have a defining role with Jasper in BD or they will be background coven members like the other nomads are mostly. I would rant more but I can't stop looking at Joe Anderson who will play Allistar. Hands down a freaking hottie!!!! He has been nominated as the hottest coven member casting choice by me...oh yeah. He was another one that I depicted as older though not as old as the Romanians hmmm. *Aimee: I'm so excited to see Garret! He's my favorite nomad. Also very excited to see what they do with Peter and Charlotte and if they happen to give more background on Jasper because of them. Allistar I really pictured as older and more crazy- like Christopher Lloyd in Back to the Future- or Christopher Walken in America's Sweethearts.

They have also cast the traitor Irina officially and while she doesn't strike me any different then any other beautiful actress she isn't really in the book that much anyway(although her role is significant)

Maggie Grace

And Twilight fans have embraced the lovely little actress that, according to Stephenie Meyer, has been cast as Renesmee. She truly is a doll and if she can act too then she will be perfect. I just hope that Bill Condon can make her aging process work on screen because this angel looks like Renesmee's final stage in the book. *Aimee: She looks like a little Bella- which is perfect.

A Little T.V. Doesn't Hurt

Now that the Fall season is coming upon us it means a couple of things for me...

1. Some of my favorite book series continuations are coming out
2. My television programs are back for the new season

Ahh sweet idiot box how I've missed your precious glow. Let's be honest here...growing up I believe I watched too much T.V., which is probably the reason I have way too much pop culture knowledge and random facts crammed into my head. Now that I'm older I read more(see reason 1) than I watch T.V. shows but there are at least a handful that I am dedicated to, both old and new, that I'm super pumped about.

The Vampire Diaries(September 9th)

I was ecstatic to watch this new favorite of mine this past Thursday. Last season's finale had me at the edge of my seat with the town roundup, the mysterious Tyler reaction, Jeremy's decision, a Damon/Elena pucker moment, and the return of Katherine. Season 2 opener was all I asked for and more and I have a feeling I'm going to really enjoy this season's plot turns and character developments.

ALL of my other shows premiere in the same week together!!!!

How I Met Your Mother(Sept 20th @8pm on CBS)

I've been a loyal fan of this show since I discovered it half way through it's Season 3. As a Xmas present Aimee got me all three seasons on DVD and season 4 this past Xmas. This show proves that something on TV can be just as awesome as Friends once was.

Season 5 left me kind of wanting more as the season itself wasn't half as good as the past ones had been, but the sneak peek looks awesome and I'm pumped for what the writers have in store!

Wow. That's really all I can say about the most powerful season finale I have ever seen. I thought nothing could top the series finale and most of the season finales of Buffy for me(yeah I'm a hardcore Joss fan and Buffy came before Twilight sorry Stephanie LOL) but I honestly am simply curious as to where do they go from here? After that finale I mean WOW

So that's my lineup for the Fall and I know there are a few new shows coming out that seem kind of interesting but these are my shows for the moment and maybe I'll check the new ones out down the road cause honestly nothing has jumped out at me like Pretty Little Liars did this summer or Glee did when it first came out.

Attention! Attention!

Things are finally starting to settle down to a strict routine in our separate homes! Aimee is settling into her apartment in Alabama(she got a job! I iz so proud!) and I'm finally fully unpacked and living with the stress filled duties of being a caretaker for my parents and grandma. But even with all the stress I have missed posting on our site. I have a couple of ideas lined up and I'm hoping to get back on a strict schedule of posting once maybe twice a week. I have a few reviews to post including the long overdue Remember Me and Eclipse posts(in which I still need to tell Aimee so she can pop over here with her opinion too) and a couple of opinion posts on our favorite RPattz movies due to come out as well. Along with that I've remained very active on our closest bloggy sisters sites doing guest posts and comments since at the moment it's all I've had time for :-)

I just signed up with OnePushyFox and Cutie to do a guest spot for the Beautiful Darkness book discussion later this year.

I'm currently knee deep in the ongoing Hush,Hush book discussion over at Super Secret Twilight Blog.

I also did a guest post over at the Bewitched Bookworms about a month back with OnePushyFox in which we did a Mystery Book Challenge. I'm really hoping to collaborate with the Bookworms again because I have tons of time to read now lol

And I've been keeping up and commenting regularly with my favorite True Blood blogger and loyal follower HG!! Season 3 is almost over :-(

As Alice would say, "It's Time." but this isn't about Twilight. I know right? A Twilight blog that isn't discussing it's purpose lol but we here at AnF aren't always about the Saga I mean jeez we do like other things. Between the two of us we read a shit ton of books(let's just say that Aimee's dad did a lot of eye rolling at the amount of boxes that were just books when we moved). Since we're on the topic of books, over the last year I have been introduced to some amazing new authors and series that I die and swoon over and one of these particular texts is Hush, Hush. I was introduced to the Becca Fitzpatrick awesomeness by Cutie and KG who exclaimed that I must read this book, that I would LOVE this book and ya know what? I DID! This book is everything an entertaining novel should be and more.

The discussion officially kicked off today and to commemorate it we all got together and shared with the world who we envision as our Patch. If you don't know who Patch is then I highly suggest you get your hands on Hush, Hush and join in on the discussion!

Yes Aimee and I are fully aware that we've been gone for like 3 months with nothing to say. I know we have probably lost followers due to our absense. If you have been following either one of us on Twitter then you know that my mom is really bad sick and she decided that the time has come for me to move back home for a little while to help dad and her out so we are officially moving out in about a week and going our seperate ways as roomates for now.

Eclipse!! Reaction, Book Discussions, and MORE!

Aimee and I have been crazy busy with Real Life crap to the point where not only are we behind on our blogging and fan fiction reading but our house looks like a hurricane hit it and all we want to do when we aren't working is sleep. Luckily I was hit with the insomnia bug on my days off this week and what better way to keep my wandering sleeplessness busy but post an update to our followers!

Our Eclipse Trailer Reaction...better late than never!

We actually did film this the day the trailer came out and of course we meant to post it the next day but then the Real World police came busting in with distractions so now here it is in all its glory.

As you can see we are not impressed with the trailer. It had a couple of spotlight moments and all I can say is this movie better kick ass or I'm gonna be LIVID! Where were the Cullens? Where were the wolf pack and their new members?! The Volturi are in the damn book for like a page...just cause Dakota Fanning plays Jane does not mean she needs to be in the trailer and whats the deal with Bryce Dallas Howard in her Rachelle costume? (Can you tell I'm still not cool with Summit's lil switch)

Moving On.....

On a good side note, because of our reaction videos for both Eclipse and New Moon, we were contacted by a writer with The Washington Post doing a piece on reaction videos. She also happens to be a twifreak! I did a phone interview with her and though we haven't heard anything yet...it might be a possibility that Aimee and I will be featured somewhere in the article **SQUEE** so we'll keep a lookout for that and post if we get any kind of confirmation.

Remember Me Premieres in NYC and Rob In a Tree?

Whose excited about March 12th...I FREAKING AM!

Remember Me, the highly anticipated Rob flick premiered tonight in NYC and if I had balls I would have given my left nut and possibly my right to have been with other fans on the red carpet.

Don't they Look Great!

While I'm not really vibing Robert's hair right now(its not got enough poof for me LoL) I am ecstatic for this film. It's a nice step back from the Twilight madness and it's something that the older Rob fans can appreciate.

Unfortunately he is still getting flack for being "Edward" and critics are being harsh on the film due to Rob's tween following because of the Twilight Saga. Personally, I can't wait to see this film because I'm critics are usually full of shit most of the time and this movie is going to be emotionally beautiful and I can't wait to see both Rob and Emilie's performances.

On a lighter end note Rob has FINALLY appeared on Jimmy Fallon and succumbed to.......the TREE

*Robert is on the Cover of the March issue of Details Magazine. Rob posed for 12 hours with nude women for this photoshoot. In many opinions it looks like eighties porn. From what I've seen I'm not too impressed with the shoot but Rob looks hot ALWAYS so yeah we'll be picking it up and hording it with all the other magz we have. Here's a preview of what to expect: (warning possible nudity)

*Rob was a presenter Sunday at the BAFTAs. That's the British version of the Oscars if you don't know already. Let's check out how hot he looked.

Ok not loving the hair but Rob + Tux = MMMmmm Good!

*Anna Kendrick was also a presenter at the BAFTAs Sunday. Jamie Campbell Bower was also in attendance with rumored girlfriend Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley from Harry Potter). Look how gorgeous they look together.

*More BAFTA news: Kristen Stewart won the Rising Star Award which is voted on by the British public. Congrats! We wish them well with whatever relationship they are pursing, either together or separately. But please, can we stop with all the rumors and privacy invasion? Pretty Please?

People's Choice Awards Tonight!

That's right! the PCA's air tonight at 9 (Eastern) on CBS. You can view live red carpet and backstage feeds directly from their website here. You can also go to their site here and vote for winners- they only have a few categories open each hour until the show starts.

As most of you know Rob is up for Fav Movie Actor against Brad Pitt, Hugh Jackman, and Johnny Depp.While Kris is up for Fav Movie Actress against Drew Barrymore, Sandra Bullock, and Jennifer Aniston.

Anna Kendrick is up for Fav Breakout Movie Actress, while Taylor is up for Fav Breakout Movie Actor.

Twilight is up for Fav On-Screen Team and Fav Movie.

Fav Rock Band includes Paramore, Muse, and Kings of Leon- 3 groups I always associate with Twilight. (I mean, come on, when KoL's Sex on Fire is playing who DOESN'T think of Rob?)

So while we do not have cable to watch, I will be looking for a live feed of the show so I can see what happens. Plus it looks like Taylor and Kellan will both be in attendance, always a nice thing to see. So let's watch and enjoy!

Leaked Script? No Thank You

Even your granny is in shock and awe

So the Twiuniverse is all a buzz about this leaked Eclipse script. This is my brief opinion about it...

Aimee and I took a vow of purity for Eclipse so I have not seen even a little picture of this leaked script. If you are reading this and you also took a purity promise for Eclipse you shouldn't be reading it either!

Do Aimee or I know where to find it? Of course we do. We're a part of a link of girls that while some have chosen to be Twivirgins others love their spoilers so yeah we have access to it. Are we gonna tell you where to find it or who to go to? Nope!! Because why would you want to be that spoiled?

Did Jackson Rathbone have a hand in playing the part of Leaker Extraordinaire? While that sounds a little like he won a piss contest rather than leak a script let's put this in a realistic perspective. Other than a small handful of Twilight actors/actresses whose movie careers have blossomed due to the franchise, most of them while they are very talented just aren't seeing as many scripts. So why would Jackson Rathbone sully his name and destroy his career by leaking a script? I don't think he had anything to do with it. If I'm wrong...I still wouldn't understand.

I honestly don't think the man is stupid

Eclipse is my favorite book of the series. This is one of the main reasons I went pure in the first place so that it couldn't not be ruined for me. Aimee took her vows because she was so overstimulated with New Moon spoilers that it spoiled her initial excitement when it finally came out. But if you want to indulge in sinful scriptage then just do some Google work and blog research and I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for pretty damn quick...it just won't be here.

The Hillywood Show Presents its New Moon Parody

I've always considered myself to be someone with a great sense of humor. Even with things that I adore like The Twilight Saga, I think the best fans are the ones that can laugh at it and I know that there are plenty of ladies in the Twiblog communtiy that do that to perfection.

I'm a huge fan of parodies. If they are well done that is. The folks over at the Hillywood Show put a 110% into making their parodies. They have made a name for themselves because of their flawless renditions of The Joker, Sweeney Todd, Jack Sparrow and of course....TWILIGHT! Their Twilight parody was amazing and we all have been looking forward to the follow up New Moon parody...the wait is over! Beautifully done by the entire Hillywood cast!

I can't think of three better people to imitate Bella, Edward, and Jacob. I've always wanted to know how much money goes into their productions because honestly some of that stuff looks like flawless replicas (Bella's room, costumes, Volturi thrones, Volterra, Jacob's tattoo). The actors look amazing and according to their site it was filmed in La Push and Forks, WA and the truck is the actual truck used in Twilight.

Definitely another masterpiece from Hillywood Productions!

Obviously by the explicit title this will be a rant. We know its been a while since either one of us posted anything and we are just now coming down off our New Moon high (don't worry we will have a detailed review up soon) but until then I would like to get up on muh TwiFreak soapbox and make something known.

The paparazzi need to seriously back the fuck off!!!

Why you may ask? Because some dumb ass fan tweeted the location of Robert Pattinson whereabouts Friday night and today some stressful and quite frankly sad pap pictures have surfaced.

From the beginning we here at ANF have always been a pap free zone. We have the ultimate respect for all of the actors and actresses involved in our beloved Saga adaptations.

**So a little side note to you people out there that just happened to get this post as a Google search looking for said pics...go somewhere else cause you ain't welcome here**

The only reason I saw these pictures in the first place was because I was stupid enough to click on an email that I received from a random Twilighter so the fault is partially mine but I didn't realize until too late what they were and by then I was pissed. A couple of them make me want to cry, he looks absolutely miserable and frazzled.

Its coming down to a point where I honestly believe that if this kind of thing doesn't ease up then Robert Pattinson will stick out the rest of his contracts and then retire from acting. We all know he is uncomfortable, we've all seen his awkwardness and quirky nature that we've come to love but it makes me worry for him too.

Apparently I am not the only one who feels this way. Thinking Of Rob is taking there own stand on the situation and starting a Pap Protest. I personally think this is awesome!

Here's what we're doing to protest the pap pics. We'll be making a special post on ToR with pics of everyone putting their hands over their face saying

SO sorry me and Susie have been MIA from here since the 3rd! I can't believe it's been that long! For me, I've been on overload. All those HAWT as (well you know) pictures came out and then there's been the media blitz and the LA premiere on Monday. It's been crazy! I've been trying to stay away from anything possibly spoiler like which means I have not been watching the TV interviews and I will not watch them until after tomorrow night.

What are your plans for the release? Me and Susie are going to the midnight showing here in our little town. We even have my sister and 3 nieces coming to see it with us. We'll be meeting up with some friends there as well so it'll be a nice mix of ages, 14-35 at least, with most centered in the early to mid-twenties. You can be sure that we may gush (oh you know we will) but we will not release any spoilers for those of you who may not be able to see it right away. *If you are one of those people, I am sorry you have to wait. Know you have a safe haven here.

I have decided for the occasion that we are going to do a video. I know, we haven't done one in forever! Be prepared to meet my family, our friends, and virtual strangers! We'd like to have any pictures or particularly awesome stories that you encounter on your own New Moon showing madness, so send us your emails! So while getting ready for my splendid *stops to change songs playing on itunes muttering it's NOT christmas yet grrr, christmas music* -sorry where was I? oh yeah- Halloween party I jumped on Twitter to see what was going on with everyone else this fine Saturday and had a Robgasm. Oh yeah, Vanity Fair released the cover- yeah after yesterday not shocked it's a hot pic on the cover of dear old Rob -*blushes* had another dream about him last night but that's beside the point- right where was I? See he makes me lose my train of thought with his fineness..... oh yeah so Rob on the cover of Vanity Fair's December 09 edition, which will hit stores in November (does anyone else think that's weird? I mean shouldn't the November edition hit the stores in November?) but I've heard varied reports on when it should hit stands from Nov 6th-10th (or if you're in my town probably never- so If I can't get it someone should send it to us) so be on the lookout very soon. 1) What is the craziest/most stupid thing you've ever done (that you would be willing to share!)? Oh God- um I don't know, there are so many. When I was in High School I once went out with some friends to "decorate" a rival football team (and their band's) practice field and it turned into driving from our town to their town the rest of the night 1-upping the other. That's probably the stupidest.

2) Eff, Marry, Kill: Eff- Emmett (cause yum body), Marry-Edward (if I'm married to him I can also eff him), Kill- Jessica Stanley (she's annoying so def kill her)

3)What is your favorite band/type of music? I don't really have a favorite band. I love too many groups and types of music but my favorites are Pop, Alt Rock, Country, Broadway, Classical, Swing/Big Band- even some Rap.

4) What is your favorite movie besides Twilight? Fav movie would be Gidget Goes Hawaiian.

5)Do you RL life family/friends know you’re addicted to Twilight? A blogger? Yes my RL fam/friends know all about my obsession and blogging habit. In fact you can see some comments by my friends and fam in the blog or on youtube. I am frequently told by my Aunt how much she loves our vids and wants us to do more. So I am completely out of the twi-closet.

6)How many hours a week do you spend doing Twi related things? You know, blogging, looking at pictures of the cast, reading fan fiction, etc. how many hours a week? tough- I guess i do at least an hour-2 each night when i get home from work, plus probably about 3-4 on my 2 days off so (someone do the math) uh (5x2=10+8=18?) i guess about 18 hrs a week on twi-bloggy stuff. But if you count how much I actually talk about it too to other ppl probably like 50hrs.

7) Any random fact you might want to share. Big or small, it doesn't matter. At one point I was having a reoccuring dream (really weird cause it didn't change at all) that I met Rob in a bar, proceeded to have crazy love-making with him, got pregnant (with Twins!), and proceeded to get engaged to him. My first couple years of college were the craziest time in my life. One particular night sticks out in my mind. It was the only time I ever got drunk off tequila. At one point I was on a table with my sorority sister Kristen wrapped up in a human pretzel grinding to "Pour Some Sugar On Me", I made out with a lot of strangers, and the end of the night ended with me and a different sorority sister topless laying on the carport singing "Blue Moon" up at the sky...good times

2)Fuck, Marry, Kill. Hmmm I would Fuck Edward(bitten pillows and feathers EVERYWHERE), marry Carlisle, and kill Jane

3)What is your favorite band/type of music? My favorite type of music is acoustic indie, mostly the Lilith Fair era especially(I love everything Sarah McLaughlin has ever created!) I like to feel mellow most of the time. When i'm feeling angsty I tend to listen to classic punk(Sex Pistols!!!)

4)What is your favorite movie besides Twilight? This is the hardest question for me because I'm a lover of movies(just ask Aimee) but If I had to absolutely pick then I would pick ummmmmm(damn this is hard) The Lost Boys. No matter what kind of day i'm having if I watch this movie I feel better

Everyone in my RL knows. Mostly at work I avoid the subject because I just get the typical groans and my mom doesn't approve of my obsession(she's says its silly and childish...like I care!) but all my friends are FULLY aware

6) How many hours a week do you spend doing Twi related things? You know, blogging, looking at pictures of the cast, reading fan fiction, etc. ALOT I do Twilight stuff at both home and work. I talk Twilight all the time. I browse blogs, read/review fan fics, Twitwitter like mad so if I had to guess a weekly total I would say about 25-30 hrs a week...shit that's sad lol

I have a severe case of Equestriphobia. If you don't know what that is...its the fear of horses. Yes I live in Kentucky(The Thoroughbred State) and I'm terrified. If you've ever seen the movie The Ring, I actually clapped and cheered when the horse had its little "accident" ummm yeah

Susie and Aimee reclaim their virginity?!?

Alright so for eclipse there are gonna be some changes around here. Me and Susie, in an attempt to be pure at something, have taken our own purity pledge. We have decided that we are not going to search for, look at, "stumble across", or post any leaked eclipse set pics. We also are not going to do the same for videos or basically anything for Eclipse. Here's what we will do- we will post the cast list (cause um heh we already did), we will post announcements about the soundtrack- but we don't know how pure we're gonna for the music yet so- they may be basic posts with go here to preorder crap. We are going to watch the Official Trailer- ONLY 1 TIME- when it gets released. We will not post the trailer on the blog, we will link you to it, and we are going to do a reaction video to it which is why we're watching it only 1 time. We will also probably end up posting more summit officially released news or links to pics/posters when they are released. So we will get you linked somehow to what you want, hopefully without us seeing it lol.

Why are we doing this you may ask? Are we just following a trend? Nope, although purity pledges seem to be gaining momentum (see the pretty pic on the right?), we decided to do this mostly because we want to be excited, the same level of excitement as when Twilight came out. For Twilight, we had seen the trailer and the posters and shirts and basically that was it- it was awesome because we watched it without knowing every little detail. And while we may not know every little detail about New Moon, what we do know is overload! Eclipse for us is gonna be a surprise. We're not gonna know how the hair and makeup look (although we already know that KStew's Wig is awful!) and we're not gonna try to find out. We Have The New Moon Soundtrack...so What's The Verdict?

Yesterday at approximately 5pm the UPS man came knocking at our door and brought me the New Moon soundtrack. I'm pretty sure I scared the guy cause I squealed like the fan girl I am *I swear it kind of just slipped out* plus I didn't think we'd be receiving it until Monday so dammit I had every right to "twitard out" no matter how inappropriate it seemed. After scaring him away, and doing a thrusty dance with the package I sat down to listen to it so that I could give you my honest opinion of each and every song. Aimee will be chiming in too because we wanted to give separate opinions in case they differ.

Track 1: "Meet Me On The Equinox" by Death Cab For Cutie
What Paramore did for the Twilight soundtrack DCFC will do for New Moon. Its modern and a catchy tune. I've listened to it multiple times already since it alone came out before the
soundtrack. So far its my fourth favorite song of the bunch *4 Apples*
*Aimee* Okay I like the song but well I liked Paramore's song better as relates to the movies/books. This is like the "front runner" but I think as more people get the soundtrack we'll see other songs being liked way better. Personally I'd give it 3 Apples.

Track 2: "Friends" by Band of Skulls
Its not the best song but its not the worst. I like the beat and lyrics are good. This will be one of those songs that I have listen to several times before I really start to like it. I felt this way when I first heard "Tremble For My Beloved" on the Twilight soundtrack but now I enjoy it so we'll see *3 Apples*
*Aimee* I love the beat for this and the tambourine. It kind of reminds me of a Target commercial song but I love it. I can't help but to dance to it- ultimate approval. I could see this in the movie during the birthday scene. I give this 4 Apples.

Track 3: "Hearing Damage" by Thom Yorke
I don't like this song at all. I figured there were going to be a couple I disliked but would learn to love(see track 2) but I can't see myself liking this one ever. Its got an annoying thrumming beat that gives me a little bit of a headache. I guess it will be ok for a background song in the movie but I hope its only for a few seconds and NOT a pivital part *1 Apple*
*Aimee* I don't care for this song much as well. Basically the only thing I really like is the "thrumming beat" that Susie finds so annoying. I also like the lead singer's voice. I'm thinking I will grow to like this more. I'd give it 2 Apples.

Track 4: "Possibility" by Lykke Li

This song is my third favorite. Her voice is unique, almost Bjorkish without being off key and nose bleeding. The melody is beautiful and reminds me of a modern lullaby. The lyrics are also very passionate and fit the tone of New Moon. *4 1/2 Apples*
*Aimee* I totally agree about Bjorkish feel. I love the lyrics. Personally this is my pick for the cliff diving scene. I have to give this 5 Apples.

Track 5: "A White Demon Love Song" by The Killers
I've never really been a fan of The Killers and while I don't hate this song (see track 3) I don't love it either. The lyrics fit New Moon and toward the end it hits a good rift that I enjoyed so more than likely the more I listen to it the better it will get *2 1/2 Apples*
*Aimee* I love the music and lyrics for this song- the lyrics especially. I'd give it 4 Apples.

Track 6: "Satellite Heart" by Anya Marina

This is my favorite song on the cd. I love the lyrics and the acoustic, coffeehouse beauty of the song. Its simple and that's what I love about it. I don't know where I would place it in the movie but I hope it's somewhere GOOD *5 Apples*
*Aimee* I have to agree that this is one of the best songs on the whole cd. I love the lyrics- it's very end-of-relationship, post-break-upish. If I was going through the demolition of relationship I would listen to this song and feel better. I have to agree and give it 5 Apples.

Track 7: "I Belong To You" by Muse

First off its Muse so what's not to love? I was really excited to see them on the cd since this particular band is one of Stephanie Meyer's hardcore inspirations. This song isn't as good as "Supermassive Blackhole" but its still really good so...*3 Apples*
*Aimee* Personally I believe this song will be the one that people go- Hey that's from New Moon! It is absolutely beautiful and the beat is amazing. This by far is my favorite from the soundtrack. I give it 5 Apples.

Track 8: "Rosyln" by Bon Iver and St. Vincent: It has a beautiful melody and good lyrics. I love acoustic music but they're helium type voices kind of take away from my enjoyment of the song. This one might take some listening to truly enjoy *1 1/2 Apples*

Track 9: "Done All Wrong" by Black Rebel Motorcycle Club

Its got an acoustic folk beat and hands down...I love it! This is my second favorite. This song reminds me of Jacob and they get extra props for using a harmonica. I have a feeling Robert Pattinson likes this song. It seems like it would fit his musical tastes. *5 Apples*
*Aimee* ok I don't really like the song all that well. The music is fine, the harmonica awesome, but not crazy for the lyrics. I'd give it 3 Apples.

Track 10: "Monsters" by Hurricane Bells
This song has more of an upbeat feel and I really like the contrast of depressing lyrics with happy music. Its not the worst song and I know I'll learn to enjoy it. *2 1/2 Apples*
*Aimee* I love the guitar on this. I find myself dancing to this in my car and that's always an indication of a good song. I give it 3 1/2 Apples.

Track 11: "The Violet Hour" by Sea Wolf
First off their band name is awesome! The song is very Bella/Jacob to me and its got this psychedelic Beatles feel to it that I really like *3 Apples*

Track 12: "Shooting The Moon" by Ok Go
Another nifty band name! Its got an acoustic feel but with synthesized moments that make the song catchy and interesting which I like and big props for use of drum, synthesizer(cause who does that anymore) and I love the big burst towards the end. It made me want to rock out.

*Aimee* I really like the drums. The lead singers voice is very soothing too. Please I think it's awesome that another band that was featured on Stephenie's Playlist (for Eclipse) got a space on the soundtrack. I'd give this 3 1/2 Apples.

Track 13: "Slow Life" by Grizzly Bear(with Victoria Legrand)
Okay seriously these band names are very TWILIGHT lol but anyways....This song is my guess for the cliff diving scene. Its very haunting like plenty of the songs on here but this one has a feel to it and when I close my eyes I can picture the cliff scene...i'm keeping my fingers crossed

*Aimee* I really like this song as well. It is also the song most likely to put me to sleep- why? I don't know. I guess I find it very relaxing on my ears and mind when I listen. I could see where Susie thinks it might be the cliff diving scene but I actually have a different guess. I'd give it 4 Apples.

Track 14: "No Sound But The Wind" by Editors
The singers voice is very old fashioned. I feel like I haven't heard that voice in a long time(cause I'm a fan of oldies) but the lyrics are very pretty and simplistic even if the song kinda sounds like a rejected David Hasselholf tune, I do like it. *3 Apples*
*Aimee* I'm very conflicted on this song, I like the music, the voice is slightly annoying to me but I really don't care for the lyrics. It annoys me so I give it 2 Apples.

Track 15: "New Moon(The Meadow)"
PERFECT! Each note screams New Moon and it jumps towards different emotional pockets. In some places its sad and longing others it hurtful and haunting. Desplat knew what he was doing. I honestly like this better than Carter Burwell's "Bella's Lullaby" I'll be listening to this one over and over *4 1/2 Apples*
*Aimee* I don't like it better than Bella's Lullaby but pretty much the same. It is a very good piece of instrumental work. I really do love this and it makes me look forward to the score for the movie. I give it 4 Apples.

Susie's Overall Opinion: The music on the New Moon Soundtrack fit the feel of the book. Plenty of acoustic and hauntingly depressing songs that get me in the mood to watch the film. I enjoyed more of the songs than I thought I would(lots of 3's) and this cd will definitely be in my favorites collection!
Overall Rating: 4 Apples

*Aimee's Overal Opinion: I think that the soundtrack helps portray that this movie has a more serious and depressing feeling than the last. I really only disliked a couple songs and I know that I'll come to love them the more that I listen to it. Happy Dance I got New Moon tickets!

Now me and Susie do not live in a big town. We live in a small town, in rural KY, that is also a college town. And when I say college town, I'm talking of the type where almost all the students are from around the area and go home every weekend. So we don't get a lot of excitement here. When the Twilight DVD was being released, we knew there was gonna be a lot of people waiting at Wal-Mart (the only place in town other than Kroger to buy DVDs) and boy were we blown away! Probably over a hundred (perhaps 200, maybe more?) people were there to get their copy of the DVD. And this happened on the college's Spring Break. So as school is currently in session, and it's a Thursday afternoon I was expecting a line for the New Moon Tickets that just went on sale today at our local theatre. I decided to make the event memorable. First, I round up the friends- ok, kinda failed there as they either have class or work- so I rounded up 1 friend! We decide we're gonna get to the theatre by 11am because the tickets are set to go on sale at noon. I wake up, get in warm clothes- cause hey it's like 40 degrees here and I don't like it- stop to get some Hot Chocolate, and drive to the theatre. When I get there, everyone is still in their cars- cause hey COLD! There's about 15 cars in the lot and every now and then one will pull in, look at the sign on the door that says tickets go on sale @ 12, and leave. Meanwhile I've got my car all toasty and the New Moon Playlist playing in my CD player. After discussing some Twilight news (such as the early release of the Soundtrack and the fact that I made Susie hide the New Moon Movie Companion from me until after the release of the movie) with my friend, we notice some people getting out of their cars to wait by the doors. Ok, so we debated how long it would take us to make us get out of our car and stand in line in the cold, wet weather. As we're debating this, more people are getting out to stand in line. As we needed to buy a combined total of 20 tickets for the midnight release we decided we'd do the same. We ended up about 9-10 people back in line, not bad.

This was about 11:20am

After standing outside for about 15 minutes, the management decides to be nice and start selling the tickets early. I barely restrained my fan girl squeal when I finally had the tickets in my hand! So yes the ending is kind of anti-climatic but this has completely made my day!

And that is my story of how I got my New Moon tickets.

Even in this day and age, where you can get any information you want from google or wikipedia, we all know that plagarizing in wrong. It's morally unethical and let's face it- STUPID! It's so easy to get information and write it your way that taking other people's written work without asking or getting permission is just plain idiotic. Yes, blogs are pretty much open to anyone, are very easy to steal from- but the question is- why would you? This is our intellectual property- and thanks to wikipedia here are some interesting facts about intellectual property.

Intellectual property rights are a bundle of exclusive rights over creations of the mind, both artistic and commercial. The former is covered by copyright laws, which protect creative works, such as books, movies, music, paintings, photographs, and software, and give the copyright holder exclusive right to control reproduction or adaptation of such works for a certain period of time.

New Books, Pumpkins, and Confessions

New News from Stephenie's site today. Some new editions are going on sale soon. First listed is The Twilight Sage: New Moon Movie Tie-In (already on sale)- same good story, cool cover art (according to Seth.) The next goes on sale tomorrow, erm, today October 6th, The Twilight Saga: New Moon- The Official Illustrated Movie Companion. We have the Twilight one which is awesome so I'm looking forward to getting my own copy of this but I'm going to wait until the movie actually comes out so nothing is spoiled. Lastly we have the New Moon Collector's Edition and The Twilight Journals both on sale October 13th.

Also over at TwiCrack Addict today I saw that there are actually Twilight Pumpkin Carving Stencils available! How AWESOME is that?!? Here's what they look like.
I'm afraid to actually carve a pumpkin and leave it outside in my neighborhood but I might have to buy them and set up pumpkins in the house and hope the cats them them alone. Here's a link to purchase: click here.

On a personal note, I have been trying to stay away from Eclipse pictures, set news, etc- It's been hard going and no I'm not upset if I see something but lately I've been remembering (In all this lead up to New Moon) how much I didn't know about Twilight before it came out and how obsessed I got over the movie. I watched it over and over again at the theatre, i found online (yes illegal) copies online to watch every night for months after it came out. I bought all the merchandise I could lay my hands on in this podunk town- and I became a Twitard. Now with New Moon, I've seen a lot of information, clips, videos, and yes I loved watching the Trailers and video mashups and all that but I feel almost apathetic about the movie coming out. I'm hoping I get more excited the closer it comes out but I'm afraid that I've seen almost all of the movie in all the clips and pictures I've seen already. So with this feeling I have distanced myself from the Eclipse news- and let me say I'm so excited for Eclipse to come out already. I don't know what it's going to entail, I don't know how it's going to look (beside KStew's really bad wig, who could miss that picture?) and so I think I have found my passion again. I went to go see Fame this weekend and there was a New Moon trailer before the movie and yes I got excited because it was the first time I got to see the trailer on the big screen but oh boy I cannot wait until Eclipse. I feel almost like I did when I finished reading Twilight and had to wait to get my hands on the rest of the books- pure excitement and joy! Perhaps I have reclaimed my TV (Twilight Virginity) card but whatever it is I'm glad to have found it.

"The Host" to be made a Movie!

The Host was published May 6, 2008 and since then has gone on to get great reviews and if I'm not mistaken even spent some time on the Best Sellers List. What's that? You haven't read The Host? Well here's what it's about:

Susie Rants Remakes,Small Town Living, and Praises Anya Marina

I'm going sprinkle a little bit of everything over your brains today folks. I wanted to cover the New Moon news first before I went on my rampage of "connection" news.

He's mocking me with his sexy pout..why hast thou forsaken me?

As all of you know "The Sexy Stars of New Moon" has come out. Aimee and I were extremely unfortunate in that we didn't get our hands on the original beautifulness "The Sexy Stars of Twilight" and now...theres another one!!! This is one of my BIG problems with living in a small town away from a mall or normal people. Grrr. One of our bloggy sisters said she found hers at Food Lion so I said..."TO THE FOOD LION!!!" but of course our shitty branch didn't have it. I've looked at both Wal-Mart, Kroger, and will be checking our bookstore as well. I did this same crazy ass dance when the Precious came out and I never had any luck so i'm not expecting a golden onion during this hunt either. This FUCKING SUCKS! I'll more than likely...eventually have to go online and buy them...ohhhh to have a Barnes and Noble would be a true blessing!

Susie's Opinion: This is my kind of music! I consider myself having very eclectic tastes when it comes to music, liking a little taste of everything but when it comes down to the nitty gritty there are few genres that I connect with. This artists acoustic mellow sound and smooth haunted voice makes for a perfect addition to the New Moon Soundtrack. So I give it two kick ass thumbs up! BTW that is two for two so far with the music i've heard for the soundtrack so far. I have a good feeling about this CD.

Now hopefully you all see why this is a "connection" news, because the scrumdidlyumpscious that is Kellan Lutz is in this film.

I really don't want to see this face (or that body) get mangled, maimed, or destroyed

If you've been reading our blog for a while you all know that I am a HUGE horror movie fan. Granted I'm mostly only spoke of my love of vampire movies I have an adoration for the other ghouls, ghosts, monsters, and psychos that surface in this genre. So now you will know why I'm perplexed. I don't want to like remakes. I want to be angry and loathing them. I want to stomp around screaming my hatred the same annoying manner as an obese toddler in a Pic n Save begging for a box of cakes. My mind is a swirling confusion of should I hate it or nots...and I don't know what to do! I have loved the remakes of Halloween(because anything Rob Zombie does is genius), Amityville Horror(gave me a new respect for Ryan Reynolds), and Friday the 13th(shit Jason is actually moving!). So why not like the new version of Nightmare? There one very specific reason I'm not 100% gung ho.

Englund vs Haley

The New Freddy. With Halloween and Friday the 13th the villans wore masks so who give a flying patootie who plays them as long as they look scary. Freddy Kruger though is a full fledged character that was molded and perfected Robert Englund. With a classic character who is rounded with a personality other than coming at you slowly with a machete or knife, you can see why as a horror fan i'm reluctant. The actor is Jackie Earle Haley and he has a long ass movie credit according IMDB but can he do it? I may see it just to see the new developments that Haley may bring to it. I've grown accustom to Englund's face and I feel out of my comfort zone seeing a new Freddy...completely. So i'll give it a shot because at least the trailer looks pretty damn good.

A Nightmare on Elm Street in HD

I know this had nothing to do with Twilight but when something comes along and disrupts my pre Twilight childhood treasures. I get a little anxious and scared simply because I'm not fond of change. So to make up for it. Here is my currently favorite manipulation.

So we were gonna do a post with the new photos of Rob- which were to die for I really hope you got to see them- but apparently there's a problem with copyright laws or some such thing and sites are being told to take them down....so we're not posting them. I know, I know- it is very disappointing. The lovely ladies from Twitarded have solved our problem- they did their own Robward pics!

As for other random news- Peter Facinelli was tweeting from 30,000 ft and gave us these amazing pics of him and Lou Ferrigno (ya know, The Incredible Hulk).
PFach always makes me laugh.

Now in other other news- has anyone seen the OK! magazine that says Rob and Kristen are Engaged?!? WTF? I mean seriously- I had to buy it just to make fun of it. Because really- they are taking old news, the "make-out" session at the Kings of Leon concert, supposedly nights in each others hotel rooms- umm kinda hard to determine if they are staying in the same hotel! and making it into a love-of-the-century media frenzy that may include a real engagement to totally mirror their Twilight characters love and life! um hmm because we all know that real life mirrors movies- whatever. They even go so far as to make it a love triangle with Taylor- that he wants Kristen and Kristen is attracted and Rob is jealous because Taylor gained all that weight and became a sex symbol along with Rob- right, I have such a hard time even trying to read this to critique it. I mean really- I have seen and read as many Rob interviews as I can, it is not news to any of his fans that he doesn't think he's a sex symbol and gets uncomfortable with people thinking he's hot, he has said that he does get jealous in relationships but again I just don't see this whole love triangle thing happening. It's getting ridiculous. Are Rob and Kristen dating? I don't know, don't really care- I can have my Rob fantasies still it's not like I'm actually ever going to meet him (although I would die if I did). Are Rob and Kristen getting it on? Maybe- what's the big deal? They are both unattached and adults. Is Taylor hot for Kristen? Well really who knows? I have to admit she's cute and he's young so maybe he has a crush. Are we going to see a Rob/Taylor smackdown? No. Although it might be nice to watch if they were both half-naked and rubbed down in oil and.....yeah sorry off topic. Anyways, my point here is that this Robsten are they or aren't they is getting ridiculous. It will either come out that they are, and yay for them, or that they aren't, that is was all a media set-up to make the fans even more rabid, then yay for us (in this case we may still have a chance to get Rob! I know i'm delusional)- either way, let them figure it out and let them do it in private (bad choice of words? lol).

Stephanie Meyer released the exclusive Soundtrack cover...its still the same thing we've seen on the poster and it will more than likely be the DVD cover as well but still...big news!

Today on Stephanie Meyer's website she announced the newest info on the anticpated New Moon Soundtrack(available for pre order on Amazon)

I just received the following announcement from Atlantic Records (the record label that produced the Twilight Soundtrack):

The first single has officially been confirmed for the New Moon Soundtrack! Death Cab for Cutie has written an exclusive song for the movie entitled 'Meet Me On the Equinox.' Below is a statement from the band about the song:

"We are very excited to be a part of this amazing series of novels set in our own backyard. It just seemed a perfect synergy that a band from the Northwest would create a song for a series of novels set in the Northwest. New Moon BORED Game... Pre Order Yours Today!

No I did not misspell the title. I am very apprehensive with the latest news of the release of the New Moon board game in October. Why you may ask? A little back story....

A while back Aimee and I were super excited and overly anxious( that's how we get when new Twilight products come out...don't judge us cause you do it too) because the Twilight Board Game was going to be coming out. Aimee and I often lead pretty boring lives, between work and the occasional social gathering of friends, one of our favorite pastimes and bonding activities is playing board games and card games. We heard that it was going to be sold at Wal-Mart so we obsessively scanned the game department during each shopping visit and even once or twice(maybe thrice) called Information to see if it was in stock yet. Unfortunately, our friend Sarah(the original enabler of my Twilight obsession) got her hands on it first. Since we were so damn stoked we borrowed it from her the first chance we got.

Low and behold...DISAPPOINTMENT

Honestly, I don't know if disappointment is even the right word for the crap that is the Twilight Board Game. First off it was the most uncreative game I have ever played. Even with 4 or more players it would have been beyond boring. You could tell it was focused on tweens but even they would have been bored to tears. The "challenge" questions, if that's what you want to call them, had nothing to do with the series and more to do with childish stupidity. After we finished the game itself, which took all of maybe 20 minutes, we decided to sift through all of the cards to see if there was ANYTHING interesting at all in the pile. Not only was it still a bunch of hooey, there were MISTAKES!! We counted 3 spelling mistakes and 2 wrong answers...are you fucking kidding?! Don't they have proofreaders for this kind of thing? My 5 year old Goddaughter could have done a better damn job at making this game fun and exciting.

Surprisingly(and I say that in the most sarcastic way possible) we did not purchase the Twilight Board Game. We did however end up with our very own when we won it. It now sits adoringly(unopened) on our living room bookshelf with other Twilight Saga paraphernalia. While it sucked donkey balls as an actually game, it makes a nice edition to our continually growing collection!

Now the New Moon board game is coming out. I do not have any plans to purchase this game until I've seen reviews of it by other fans because if it is not going to entertain me, I don't want it.

Maria and Royce King II Have Been Cast!

Summitt has announced that Catalina Sandino Moreno will be playing the part of the mysteriously intriguing Maria in the upcoming Eclipse. As you all know Maria is Jasper's creator, confidant, and essentially his nightmare during the first part of his vampire life.

She looks very lovely and I'm sure once she is in full costume, she will look just as I have always imagined Maria to look; A dark and dangerous beauty. Congratulations Catalina!

Also just in from Peace,Love,Twilight Blog actor Jack Huston has been chosen to play Royce King II in a flashback for Eclipse. The role of Royce King II is small but pivotal piece of Rosalie's human history that I have always found fascinating. I really hope this guy can give it his all.

He looks smoldering in this picture but not quite dangerous. Sources say he will only be in a flashback which probably means not a lot of face time, but if they do the wardrobe and makeup right, I think that he would pull off an aristocratic "gentleman" from the time of The Great Depression.

Twitarded posted this video yesterday along with two other videos that essentially make fun of the Twilight movies/books. As a huge fan of Kevin Smith's work, I laughed my ass off when he was discussing the New Moon clip and the adolescent fan girls.

As fan's of the Twilight Saga, we tend to protect what we love so much, but we must also remember that not everyone is a fan. At least not to the extreme that some of us are. We deal with that, but most all we have to learn to laugh at the spoofs or the people that make fun of our fandom because that's what a true fan is all about. Loyalty with laughter!

Teen Choice Awards Renamed?

Muwhaaa...Robward is plotting...

Fox's Teen Choice Awards were last night. While the inner fan girl in me would have given her right tit to be there last night, I also did not want to be in the presence of all those screaming tweens. It would have turned into a brawl because honestly the first squealer that let loose in my ear would have been slapped. Everyone was so confused last night because it's not actually airing until tonight at 8pm, but I don't have to worry about that because all I wanted was the visual Twiporn that occurred yesterday. Thinking of Rob not only has some great pictures but also video. I basically watched the videos to reassure my inner fan girl that its a good thing we didn't go to the TCAs because we would have went to jail for assault of a minor.

Quick Update on Cast in Vancouver

According to Peter Facinelli's Twitter account tonight apparently some of the cast will be doing fight training tomorrow. YES FIGHT TRAINING! This makes me so happy because the part of Eclipse I'm really looking forward to is the Vampire/Wolves practice sessions and of course the battle with the newborns! Still only hearing reports of Peter, Elizabeth, Kellan, Nikki, and Taylor being in Vancouver (of the main cast- we know there are other actors there as well). *fan girl squeal* Soon the set stalking will begin!

PC Died...

Just to let you guys know, our PC has died from a virus- we're hoping to get it fixed and we still have the laptop.
